CW: 177.4 (-2.0lbs this month)
This plan to lose 10lbs in March is not going well! I need to lose just over 2.5lbs a week to meet my goal. I am not sure if that is realistic - but I am just going to give it my all. Even if I only lost 2lbs a week, which is far healthier, then I will get to 171, which is pretty fantastic!
I have been eating decently, but I haven't been able to do cardio for the last week because my knees joints have been so tight and sore. I have still been doing 30 Day Shred every day - I have definitely lost inches, just not a lot of weight. So I should still be happy with my progress!
I am going to get back doing cardio today - I can stick to the bike if my knees start bothering me. I just really need to burn the fat off of my body!
I am doing really well in my goal of giving up Tim Horton's! And I only bought two things at work last week - I got a tall non-fat chai tea latte at Starbucks on both Friday and Saturday. Delicious! I am trying really hard not to spend a lot of money though - I have started a retirement savings plan and I am working hard to save for my move out West later this year. Also, I am currently on target to pay off my student loans within 5 years. Once I move West, I am going to switch to plan to pay them off in 3 years.
Health Things to Improve On:
1. Get back to doing cardio every day - this is the most effective for my body to lose weight
2. Get more strict about gluten - too many little slips lately!
3. Watch intake of starchy carbs - potatoes, rice, etc. Limit these to 3 times a week.
